Secrets to Mastering Recuerdos de la Alhambra and the Tremolo Techniqueby Karl Wohlwend |
Karl Wohlwend released the sheet music and his guide to mastering Recuerdos de la Alhambra and the Tremolo Technique in April 2006. Since that time, this unique combination of sheet music and performance guide has gained immense popularity among classical guitarists around the world with sales in the United Kingdom, Italy, Australia, Canada, the United States, Asia and many other countries. Since its release, it has also been translated into Spanish by Alejandro Bruzual. This sheet music/guide book is also one of the first to be released in digital format so that purchasers receive their copy instantaneously. I bought a copy and am very impressed with Wohlwend’s thoroughness in explaining the tremolo technique and the piece, Recuerdos de la Alhambra. His left hand fingerings for Recuerdos are the best I’ve seen.
